Welcome to Troop 75

Who are WE?! We are a Boy Scout Troop with a passion for high adventure, the outdoors and community service. All boys 11-18 years old in Bow, Dunbarton and surrounding area are welcome!

Boy Scout Mission Statement: The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

The Scout Oath: On my honor I will do my best, to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

The Scout Law: A Scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrity, Brave, Clean and Reverent.

Who wouldn't want their sons to live by these standards?

WHAT ARE WE?! We are a boy-led troop that promotes community service, leadership, character, responsibility, adventure, and most of all – fun!

WHEN DO WE DO ALL THIS AWESOMENESS?! We meet every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 pm at the Bow Community Center, 2 Knox Rd, Bow NH 03301

We do a weekend of camping every single month of the year. We go to at least one week long summer camp. Our scouts go to events around the country and world.

Troop Outing - Hidden Valley Scout Camp

Posted by mrweber on Sep 21 2017 - 7:03am

The troop outing for September will be centered around the boys learning to canoe and working on the canoe merit badge. We will be camping at Hidden Valley scout camp in Gilmanton, NH and using some of their canoes and camp staff. We will depart the Bow Community Center Friday at 5pm and get back about 11am Sunday morning. We will need several drivers to help get the boys up and back. Drivers for the return trip will need to be at Hidden valley about 9:45.There is a NASCAR race Sunday so you will likely want to avoid 106 and Loudon. While it's a little longer you can take I-93 to Exit 20 in Tilton and then take NH 140 to Crystal Lake Rd. Google Map directions can be found here
