Troop Legacy Dates

To remind us never to take our troop, the town we live in, or our great adult leadership and committee for granted I think the following dates are important.

Troop 75 featured by BSA National Outdoor Programs

Posted by admin on Jun 10 2015 - 10:22am
The BSA National Outdoor Programs Committee started a brand new e-newsletter featuring important outdoor program features throughout the nation.

For some reason, they called and interviewed me a few weeks ago for an article about Troop 75.

Troop 75 was the unit selected to be featured in their first national newsletter! It will be posted on BSA's national next week, and on ScoutWire, and on their weekly program blog.

I provided quite a bit more content then what they used, and had quotes from various adult and youth leaders, and more pictures. And of course with all that chopping down, they turned a few facts around, but its still pretty representative of us and pretty awesome!

See the attachment for now, I will send out the links when gets posted online, if you are interested.

I love that they put a link to our rafting Youtube video. There's some great shots of a bunch of you in there.

I'm very proud of all you Scouts, Scout Leaders and involved Parents and everything you've accomplished! Think about all the awesome things you've done and all the thousands of people you've helped with all of our service.

You guys are famous! And you should be!
